Tried this restaurant last week for the first time. It was one of the best Indian restaurants we’ve been to! Excellent menu and good wine list. We will be back.
My wife and I visited on Friday 6th June as the restaurant came highly recommended by the site staff at the Baltic Wharf caravan site. Booking a table by phone was very easy and when we phoned just a couple of hours before the booking to move it to slightly later this was no problem. From the moment we arrived all of the front of house staff were very welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had an enjoyable evening. Any questions on dishes while we were choosing from the delicious menu were answered with great knowledge and pride. All of our food was absolutely delicious and had a freshness and lightness we hadn’t experienced before at an Indian restaurant. If we lived closer we would be regulars for sure but hopefully we will get to visit again. Highly recommended!
Best Indian we've ever had! Prices are really reasonable and the location is close the Bristol city centre. Cosy restaurant and not too many tables so it is nice for date night. The food was delicious and I would highly recommend the Mixed platter for mains. Everything had lots of flavour and the service was great.

Our first visit to this eatery although we know the venue well. It was a bitter cold night so it was lovely to sit by a radiator. The good was delicious, served professionally in lovely china. The food was hot & the whole experience was great
Went for a works meal. 12 people in our group. They gave us the back room to ourselves. Good food. Speedy service. I enjoyed it. There was a decent banquet menu for 20. Lamb Rogan Josh was the best I have had. Melt in the mouth lamb. So hard to find.
We have eaten in the restaurant several times, but also had takeaways. Always excellent food, which has a freshness about it that stands out. This evening I ordered a biriani (which I've had before, yum!) without realising there was a change in the sauce. I went back to say there was a mistake...only to realise the error was my own! However, they made me some of the original sauce, at no extra cost. How lovely?! They're always friendly and as accommodating as they can be. I'm very grateful (and very full!)
